This is a sample menu and is fully customizable to your needs. My preference is for organic, pastured, grass fed/finished foods whenever possible and based on your budget. I stay away from industrial seed oils, and use avocado oil, ghee, butter, olive oil, grass fed lard, and coconut aminos...lots of herbs, seasonings, fresh ground pepper, good quality salt, and a whole lotta love!
